Returns and Refunds

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery unless a longer period is required by applicable law or stated during a promotion. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned fashion items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, packaging, hygiene seals, dust bags, garment bags, spare buttons, belts, and accessories where applicable.

Items That May Not Be Eligible

For hygiene, customization, and product integrity reasons, certain items may be excluded from return where permitted by law, including personalized items, made-to-order items, opened intimate items, swimwear with removed hygiene seals, damaged items caused by wear, and final-sale items clearly marked as non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

Contact Customer Care with your order number, email address, item name, reason for return, and photographs if the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs may be non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
