Destinations
MARAH intends to ship internationally to supported destinations shown at checkout. Some destinations may be unavailable because of carrier limits, customs restrictions, sanctions, local regulations, or service disruption.
Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared after payment authorization and fraud screening. Processing times may be longer during collection launches, sale periods, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout where available. Estimates do not include customs processing time and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Duties, Taxes, and Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees, and local taxes. Unless stated at checkout, these charges are the customer responsibility.
Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for complete and accurate delivery information. If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of incorrect information or unpaid duties, return shipping and handling charges may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
